Michelle brings extensive experience in supporting students with disabilities in higher education, with a particular focus on the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) framework, to ensure that students receive the guidance, resources, and assistive technologies they need to succeed in their academic journey and thrive academically. This work has developed a deep understanding of inclusive practices and the specific challenges faced by disabled learners.

Michelle is passionate about accessibility and inclusion, empowering individuals through the use of assistive technology, and promoting independence, confidence, and equal opportunities.

Michelle holds a Diploma in Assistive Technology, a BSc in Commercial Software Development and a Masters of Science with a focus on interface design.
