Jenny began her career in the industry working as a teacher for students with additional needs in a further education setting. She gained her undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Surrey and immediately went on to a PGCE in post-compulsory education at Oxford Brookes.

As a lived experience practitioner, Jenny’s passion for making learning accessible to all has shaped every step of her journey. Alongside her work, she has spoken on podcasts, presented at events such as BETT, and has written and published journal articles- all focused on the importance of inclusivity.

Jenny's growing interest in innovation and driving meaningful change naturally led her into the world of business development. This evolving passion, paired with her deep-rooted commitment to accessibility, underpins her role as Business Development and Engagement Manager.
