We also believe that there is so much work to do in changing the work environment so as to embrace this neurodiverse potential.

We are sure that you will agree that it is in being neurodiverse brings a fresh perspective to business performance.

About the ‘Embracing Neurodiversity In The Workplace’ event.

In our webinar on June 15th 2022 at 15:00, we will be exploring ways in which workplaces can develop an environment that unlocks neurodiverse strengths.

Not only is it right that our workplace environments nurture psychological safety as well as provide the resources to unlock neurodiverse potential, but it is also rapidly becoming apparent that businesses today need neurodiverse strengths in order to move to a higher level of performance.

Join us as we hear from our speakers:

  • Nicola James from Lexxic. Chartered occupational psychologist and founder of Lexxic, Nicola will be talking about the impact of effective inclusion on business performance.

  • Becki Morris, Lead Access Auditor, Consultant, and Heritage partner for EMBED, who will give her own story of how in getting what she needs to support her way of thinking, means that she gets to work at a higher level of performance.

  • Jonathan Webb from The Pro-AT Group, a developer of assistive technology, who will share with us his philosophy for developing software tools that unlock potential.

  • Antony Ruck, CEO of Aventido, who will be hosting this event and leading the panel discussion.

We will close the webinar with a panel discussion with our speakers answering any questions that you submit during the course of the webinar.
